3rd Weigh-in day

Continued attempts to negotiate changes into our agreement have been futile.  When we started this whole plan,I anticipated that I would be able to drop the weight more quickly.  Now, three weeks in and I'm dreading tonight.  It is surprising how little food the body actually needs apparently in order to maintain its weight.  I'm not able to stomach salads, and I've always been pretty picky so my choices are somewhat limited.  I biked to and from the crossfit gym yesterday (12 mi total), and had a decent workout with quite a bit of running.  In addition, I had a glass of almond milk for dinner and three handfuls of Pirate's Booty, which as far as I can tell is cheese flavored packing peanuts.  I need to be under 184 tonight in order to avoid a major (and cumulative) increase in spanks.  Planning on going for another ride this afternoon, even if I can lose some water weight, I can at least buy a bit of time.  Either way it isn't going to be a good night, and I think she is looking forward to it.

Monday 4/20/14
Breakfast:
1 sl PB toast, 8oz OJ

Lunch:
Diet coke, 1 sl cheese pizza

Dinner:
3 handfuls of Pirates' Booty
12oz almond milk + chocolate

Exercise:
12 miles road biking
1 hr @ crossfit

Tuesday 4/21/14
Breakfast:
2 blueberry poptarts + Diet coke

Lunch
1/2 ham sandwich diet coke

Dinner:
1sl PB toast, Diet Coke

Exercise:
1hr Mountain Biking (5mi technical)
