Week 6 - Into 'the rack'

Last night was the week 6 weigh-in, which was supposed to be the last one for this ‘experiment’.  I’m currently at 179lbs from 192lbs.  So 13lbs over the past 6 weeks, along with whatever muscle mass I’ve managed to gain from crossfit 2x a week, running about 15-20 miles and biking.  Wife decided that she wants this training to continue, and she had me print up a new ‘contract’ with details left blank so she could fill them in with regard to expected weight cutoffs and penalties.  Although this has been frustrating at times, this is undoubtedly the fastest I’ve lost weight in years, and I do feel like it has been extremely motivational, although, the whole thing seems to have morphed with regards to how this goes down every Tuesday night, in the sense the she is making it more effective each week, and tweaking as she goes. I’ve never considered us to be a ‘domestic discipline’ couple, but I would say this has definitely added something to our relationship, that has more substance than our occasional BDSM play.

As a recap, after the 4th week, there was an incident where I basically fell off her knee during the session and essentially refused to get back for a few minutes (although part of it was because of how she had me tied; I couldn’t get off the floor.)  She finished that night off by tying me, bent over the bed, and restarted her count (which was written into our agreement for that situation).  The following week she ordered that I prepare ‘the rack’ for our session.  Basically the rack is similar to the steel BDSM bondage racks they sell from any of the bdsm suppliers.  It is a steel, square tubing, I-beam shaped device with hooks at the 4 ends to attach arm and leg restraints.  Ours also has a steel head stockade with chains to secure the subjects neck or attach to a collar.  It also has an adjustable post in the center for raising the backside up to the desired height, and a large leather strap from a horizontal bar across the post to go over the back for preventing significant movement during any struggling.  There are also attachment points for nipple clamps, or other devices/use.  We used to use it frequently about 5 years ago, for our play sessions, but since we moved into our new house and our kids getting older, we don’t often risk pulling it out.  However, wife decided she didn’t want a repeat of the previous week, so it has become her preferred method of restraint during these sessions.

The rack is generally pretty effective, although I need to make some modifications as there was an issue last night when she reached about ~40 spanks, and due to struggling, I pulled hard enough to detach the center post.  It allowed me more movement to try to avoid the hits, (which I did my best to take advantage of), but in the end I was not getting away from her. Her other complaint is that I’m able to get enough leverage from knees and elbows to move about somewhat (although with limited effectiveness).   So she wants that issue resolved as well for next week to make sure that there is essentially no more movement allowed.

Anyway,  By the end of the night I received 32 spanks for my current weight, + 30 penalty spanks for missing my target weight loss  for 3 of the 6 weeks ( 10 spanks/ week, cumulative), and when she was done she informed me that I was getting 10 more for telling her how she should be doing the spanking (I still deny this accusation).  So a total of 72 for the night, and on top of it she informed me that the new agreement doesn’t reset the penalties from the previous agreement, so I basically can’t get less than 30, even if I was 1lb away from my target weight.  So between increasing my exercise regiment,  I also need to think about how I’m going to fix the rack to meet her approval.
